SYSPRO Wins Second Major Honor in As Many Weeks.

COSTA MESA, Calif. - May 18, 2009 -- SYSPRO, a leading, worldwide provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, has been named Private Technology of the Year by TechAmerica. SYSPRO, with US headquarters in Costa Mesa, Calif., won out over private technology companies that included Silicon Systems, D-Link Systems and Enclarity. The award was accepted by SYSPRO USA CEO Brian Stein and SYSPRO USA President Joey Benadretti at a May 14 banquet at the Hilton Orange County. Both Stein and Benadretti are long-time residents of Irvine, Calif.

TechAmerica was formed by the merger of the American Electronics Association (AeA), the Cyber Security Industry Alliance (CSIA), the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) and the Government Electronics & Information Technology Association (GEIA).

Only two weeks prior, SYSPRO was honored as "Software Company of the Year" by the Technology Council of Southern California, beating out Epicor Software Corporation and Guidance Systems.

The TechAmerica award, which is voted on by a panel of prominent judges, including top-notch business and educational leaders, is based on a set of stringent criteria, including:
