SYSPRO Supports Quickstep to Double Manufacturing Award

Quickstep Holdings takes two major manufacturing awards following its successful entry into international aerospace supply chain with SYSPRO driving its ERP support

SYDNEY -June 2, 2011 - SYSPRO, a global, independent developer of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, today congratulates its customer, aerospace components manufacturer Quickstep Holdings, for achieving the double distinction of taking the Endeavour Award for Global Integration as well as being named Manufacturer of the Year at this year's Manufacturers' Monthly Endeavour Awards.

The Global Integration Award recognizes manufacturers who have successfully engaged in international supply chains. Quickstep received the awards in recognition for its efforts to successfully enter the F-35 global supply chain, culminating in the recent signing of a long term manufacturing agreement for the international F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program. Under the agreement Quickstep will supply a large number of composite doors and panels, projected to be in excess of 36,000 parts over the life cycle of the program. The JSF is the largest military aerospace program in the world, currently valued at more than US$300 billion worldwide.
