Azure - The Microsoft Cloud Platform


 
In addition to the Software-as-a-Service and Managed Services offerings, you have the option of having your software hosted in a Microsoft Azure, the Microsoft Cloud Platform.
Hosting in a Microsoft Azure platform means the following:
  • You buy the software from SYSPRO, so have an upfront software licence cost and will pay annual software maintenance costs
  • You rent infrastructure on the Azure platform and pay a monthly rental
  • The Azure platform offers triple redundancy as part of its service
  • An alternate service provider will be required to provide additional services needed to run your software application, such as managing support desk, SQL server and upgrades
  • You access the SYSPRO ERP via the Internet
  • You can easily add new users and new sites whenever and wherever needed
  • You can upgrade to the latest version of SYSPRO when you are ready
